Windows Azure offered on free trial

By DatabaseJournal.com Staff

Now is the chance to test and develop the cloud applications of Windows Azure – including a base level of compute hours, storage, data transfers, a SQL Azure database, Access Control transactions and Service Bus connections – all without cost.

Three offers are available, one Open to Everyone, one for Microsoft Partners, and also for MSDN Subscribers. A valid credit or debit card and billing address are need during sign up for billing if you choose to continue using Windows Azure, so that there will be no service disruption, and also for if you use more than the amount allotted per month during the trial. July 31, 2010 is the end of this special offer, after which all usage will be charged at standard rates.
