Oracle Increases the Cost for Certification Exams

Starting in March, Oracle has increased the cost associated with certification exams. While this is said to be the first increase in cost since the program began, many database professionals are not too happy. With not all costing currently available, it has been reported that the cost of a MySQL Certified Associate exam has doubled but prices will vary between countries and for Internet-based exams and proctored exams.
