Operational Data Replication and Change Data Capture Reduce IT costs for Insurance Company

New York Life Insurance Taiwan Corporation (NYLITC) is using the real-time operational data replication (ODR) software and change data capture (CDC) technology from Attunity Ltd. to provide their 1,500 front-line agents the ability to access and manage customer profiles without delays or out-of-date information. What was once a very labor intensive and slow process of delivering data from a heterogeneous environment consisting of disparate data sources, complex data formats, and intensive manual programming of data conversions, is now, by selecting Attunity StreamFlow which is an end-to-end ODR software solution leveraging log-based CDC technology, caused it to be successful and the end result also included less manual programming and cost.
