Database Management Company Ingres Partners with OpTech to Bring Open Source to Government Agencies

In a strategic move, Ingres and OpTech will be forming a strategic reseller agreement that will be bringing open source solutions to government agencies. OpTech will, as part of the relationship, be promoting, pushing, and encouraging migration to the open source Ingres database in favor of other databases such as Oracle and Sybase.

Said Ronia Kruse, CEO, OpTech:
