By Staff

On April 29, 2010, there will be a one-hour webcast titled “HOWTO Secure Oracle 10g & 11g: Understanding Account Security” from IBM/Guardium. The webcast will cover how to protect databases through account security; creating users, ensuring strong passwords, and limiting accounts.

The highlight of the webcast will cover content from Chapter 4 from IBM/Guardium CTO Ron Ben Natan, PH.D.’s book “Account Security”, which will also be available for download to attendees.

IBM/Guardium’s security platform will be demonstrated and case studies about enterprises using it will also be presented; showing how it delivers automated assessment and metrics to ensure databases are properly configured.
