Master Data Management, Data Migration, and Data Governance Solutions at BackOffice Associates Gets Boost from HiT Software

BackOffice Associates has announced the acquisition of HiT Software, beefing up their data migration, data governance, and master data management solutions for SAP, Oracle, and other ERP vendors with heterogeneous data integration and change data capture.

“Hit Software’s extensive database support for a wide range of major relational databases will enable BackOffice to extend it’s capabilities into a broader customer base,” Said BackOffice Associates Co-founder and CTO Tom Kennedy, “HiT further accelerates our ability to provide database independence for the entire BackOffice product line.”

“The combination of BackOffice Associates’ extensive solutions and HiT Software products will give customers more innovative, far reaching capability than ever before,” said HiT Software founder Giacomo Lorenzin, “BackOffice technology is 5-10 years ahead of other providers in the marketplace and now with the addition of HiT technology, BackOffice will continue to move products into the marketplace customers only dream about today.”
