SimplyAccess.net has recently developed a custom version of Simply Orders, their MS Access order database, for Centric Photo, a digital process and presentation lab offering services ranging from digital reproduction to website development to many options of printing. SimplyAccess.net satisfied Centric’s needs with an order entry program that provides easy selection of the many options available for printing and then automatically calculates the cost. Centric’s new database also incorporated features from their old one that employees were accustomed to using. The MS Access database that Simply Orders uses also allows the quick and efficient upload of Centric’s sales information into their accounting software, Peachtree.
