Dataguise has just announced the expansion of their dgdiscover database security solution to encompass Oracle databases; helping to detet and identify data risk within databases across networks. Currently trial versions for Oracle are available to approved organizations for an evaluation period and online conversions to dgdiscover for Oracle databases begin at $10K.

“When building a successful security strategy, it is imperative that organizations have a complete, holistic view of their database repositories; without this insight, it is extremely difficult to locate sensitive data and protect the database from potential exploits,” said Allan Thompson, EVP of Operations at dataguise. “With the trial version of dgdiscover now available for Oracle environments, enterprises of all sizes — from small businesses to large, global corporations — have access to the best-in-breed discovery and auditing technology currently available on the market and can leverage these tools to fulfill regulatory compliance requirements, reduce the impact of a data breach should it occur, and bolster their overall security posture.”
