Database Monitoring Tools Improvement for Users of Amazon Web Services' Relational Database Service (RDS)

Amazon Web Services’ Relational Database Service has been updated so that users can now manage it using the free Amazon Web Services Management Console, allowing the user to launch or modify a database instance in their browser. The Management Console will also allow snapshots of the database to be taken, which can then be archived, or monitor read and write throughput, latency, and free storage space.
