IBM Premier Business Partner, Cincom Systems has announced that its Synchrony Customer Experience Management solution is now integrated with IBM’s DB2 database. Data compression and performance management capabilities are just two of the benefits arising from this that users of Synchrony will be able to harness. According to Cincom, the validation of Cincom Synchrony on DB2 was quick and easy, and migration to the DB2 database was also accomplished swiftly.
