Stonefield Query Version 4.0, a self-service business reporting solution from Stonefield Software Inc. is now available. Stonefield Query is designed to be easy to use so that casual users, such those that aren’t especially skilled or familiar with database design and SQL commands, can quickly get the information they want and turn it into reports, without having to go through their IT department or software vendor. Some features of Stonefield Query include an ‘application view’ which presents data to the user the same as to an application; searches are also made simpler with a built in wizard that allows the user to select the desired fields. Plus, Stonefield Query can report across multiple databases at the same time.
