Some companies seem to think there is a lack of expert SQL Server DBAs and professionals, but is there really? One thought is that many of the very senior SQL Server people are not making themselves known on the conference stage or consulting with one company after another. If so, then the companies simply need to be taught where to look. But then are there enough to satisfy demand?
