Data Palette, Database and Application Automation Software Integrated with HP Products after Acquisition

Stratavia, a Denver, Colorado company founded in 2001, has just been bought by Hewlett-Packard. HP plans to incorporate Stratavia’s Data Palette into its own HP Cloud Service Automation and HP Server Automation in which Data Palette will help build, configure and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure as well applications and databases on HP’s servers. Data Palette was built by Stratavia to automate patch management, compliance reporting, and capturing configuration settings of applications and database systems; and works with:

  • SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite applications
  • Oracle, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • And Oracle's WebLogic, IBM's WebSphere, and Red Hat's JBoss Java application servers
