By DatabaseJournal.com Staff

Because the number of data breaches in the higher education industry has been increasing, Application Security, Inc. is hosting a web-based roundtable to discuss the challenges these organizations face in their database layer. A panel of leading higher education institutions will talk about how they are successfully protecting the confidential information in their databases; and Application Security’s SHATTER Research Team will give the highlights from their report on Higher Ed Database Breaches. This roundtable will be held from 11:00am to noon EDT on Tuesday, September 28, 2010.
