Oracle Database Fully Supported and Certified to Run on Amazon EC2

Oracle Database is part of the group of Oracle enterprise software that is now certified to run on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud using Oracle VM virtualization. Oracle Database 11g R2 is also included in the set of pre-configured Amazon Machine Images based on Oracle VM Templates which Oracle and Amazon Web Services are publishing to increase speed and convenience of implementation for their customers.
