Oracle’s VM VirtualBox along with VMs can drastically reduce the time involved for building a complete software stack. While OTN provides many valuable downloads VMs have been something missing for a while. Not any more as there are now three VM stacks to download that include Java Development, Database App Development, and SOA & BPM Development.
