Oracle Exadata Database Helps Sogeti Consolidate OLTP and Reporting Databases

The Oracle Exadata Database has helped Sogeti consolidate their OLTP applications and data warehousing reporting Databases; providing better performance, achieving higher levels of availability, and simplifying database administration and performance tuning tasks. The application performance improvements were increased an average of 6x, took advantage of Exadata Smart Flash Cache, and delivered over 500,000 IOPS.
