IBM Netezza and Revolution Analytics announce partnership; integrating Revolution R Enterprise and IBM Netezza TwinFin Data Warehouse Appliance; allowing customers to run high performance and full-scale predictive analytics from within a daa warehouse platform while leveraging the power of the open source R statistics language. The agreement states that both companies will work together to create a version of Revolution’s software that will take advantage of IBM Netezz’a i-class technology; allowing Revolution R Enterprise to run in-database in an optimal fashion.
