Bathy DataBASE 3.1 now works with Oracle Spatial; helping utilize the GeoRaster and geo point cloud data structures for data. The new 3.0 release of Bathy DataBASE still supports the original offering for PostgreSQL database for backend storage but with the newly added support for Oracle Spatial CARIS can offer a service oriented approach to bathymetric data management while providing scalability for large agencies.
