Secrets of SQL Server Webcast Series Covers SQL Server Storage Fundamentals

Idera announces three new webcasts in their Secrets of SQL Server webcast series that will cover SQL Server storage fundamentals. Hosted by Wes Brown, Chief Database Architect for eScan Data Systems, PASS Summit committee member and PASS coordinator in Austin, Texas the first episode will air on April 13,2011 with episode two in may and episode three in June. The three episodes will cover how hard drives work, RAID, how to configure the file system, SAN, NAS, strategies, and exotic storage methods such as SSD.
