Schooner Information Technology has announced Schooner Active Cluster for MySQL Enterprise Edition; providing optimal scale-up and scale-out for MySQL databases. Schooner Active Cluster will enable organizations to scale out using high performance 100% synchronous replication and automated failover. Due to be out in late April, Active cluster will reduce downtime, eliminqate manual failover and recovery, and simplfy cluster administration.
