SQL Runner 2.0 Now Available

SQL Runner 2.0 is now officially available from Colibri Products. SQL Runner is a tool that allows you to connect through ODBC to any ODBC data source, show database structure (table-columns tree), run any SQL statement, and edit data in databases based on SELECT statements using active grid. SQL Runner allows you to execute SQL queries and manually manipulate (update, delete, add, etc) records in database files.

SQL Statements can be executed one by one manually or as SQL script containing multiple statements. SQL scripts can be saved on the disk as text files and loaded back. SQL syntax is also automatically highlighted as you type; i.e. special words reserved by SQL language have different colors.

Features in SQL Runner include:

  • SQL syntax highliting
  • Ability to edit results of SELECT queries in active grid
  • Namespace that shows database structure (tables and columns)
  • Easy SQL statement creation with drag and drop from namespace and using context menus in namespace
