You can also use the "Window" menu to switch between windows or arrange them. After refreshing the Tables list (F5) the table we just created appears in SQL Server Enterprise Manager:

Well that about wraps it up for

creating tables -- more specifically, we will look at
additional table properties, creating relationships, and
