PHPCon 2002 This Week

By DatabaseJournal.com Staff

PHPCon 2002 will be held on October 24th and October 25th at the Clarion Hotel in Millbrae, California. PHPCon 2002 is the gathering for PHP developers. No other conference in the United States is giving PHP the exposure it deserves as the leading choice for solving the Web problem like PHPCon.

Meet the leaders in the PHP community, from companies running huge PHP applications to the core developers of PHP 4. There is no better way to find out how you can use PHP today and where it will be tomorrow. Among its events and sessions, PHPCon 2002 will offer:

  • A special focus on PHP at the enterprise level (case studies, large system maintanence, caching and optimization)
  • Best Practices from gurus and greats like Rasmus Lerdorf and Dirk Elemendorf of Rackspace
  • Talks on new technologies and tools for getting the job done
  • See and be seen at BoFs (Birds of a Feather sessions) and WiPs (Works in Progress sessions)
Additional information on the Conference can be found at: http://php-con.com/.
