In this session we will see how to review Microsoft® SQL Server logs, how to view SQL Server events in Event Viewer, and how to create a database maintenance plan that backs up and optimizes your SQL Server databases. Then we will see how to use SQL Server troubleshooting tools such as SQLDiag.exe and the Database Consistency Checker, and how to troubleshoot stored procedures. Finally we will create and then troubleshoot a block in SQL Server using troubleshooting tools and the SQL Server Profiler.
