Birdstep Technology Embraces Linux Business Model by Offering Free Software Development Kits (SDKs) For Database Products

Birdstep Technology (OSE: BIRD) today announced it is providing free SDKs to promote development of Birdstep's database solutions on multiple platforms and operating systems. Free downloads of Birdstep's SDKs are available from Birdstep Technology's website (http://www.birdstep.com/freesdk.html). Birdstep Technology is simplifying the process for current and potential customers to acquire and use its SDKs. This eliminates the need to purchase SDKs, allowing developers to immediately start working with Birdstep RDM databases.
