Informatica Partners with IBM to Help Customers Migrate to DB2 Universal Database

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 15, 2004 - Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA) today announced it has partnered with IBM so it can leverage Informatica's data integration software when migrating new customers to IBM DB2 Universal Database. Using the highly automated Informatica solution will help IBM fuel new DB2 Universal Database sales by optimizing the quality, increasing the timeliness, and minimizing the costs of strategic DB2 database-migration projects.
