seeMore adds support for Berkeley DB to Virtual DB

Otley, England - June 21st, 2005 - seeMore Technologies has announced support for Sleepycat's open source high performance database Berkeley DB for the seeMore Virtual Database server, an Enterprise Information Integration product that allows organizations to access their data in real-time.

"We have added support for Berkeley DB as we have seen an increase in the use of this popular open source database within a number of large organizations", explains Phillip Carruthers, CEO, seeMore Technologies. "Berkeley DB can also be used as a high performance data store within the seeMore Virtual Database server providing all the features normally found in more expensive products."
