nCipher Leads the Pack in the Database Encryption Market – According to Independent Research Firm

nCipher plc (LSE:NCH), a leading provider of cryptographic IT security solutions, today announced that it was named by Forrester Research as a leader in the database encryption market. nCipher was one of seven vendors invited by Forrester Research to participate in the recently released report entitled “The Forrester Wave(TM): Database Encryption Solutions, Q3 2005”. nCipher’s leader position in the Wave is based on Forrester’s evaluation of each vendor’s current offerings, strategy and market presence.
