Oracle Enters Enterprise DRM Market

Just three months after it was acquired by Stellent, leading Enterprise DRM vendor SealedMedia is about to become part of a much larger company: Oracle.  The database and enterprise applications giant agreed to acquire Stellent last Thursday, in a deal valued at US $440 Million.  SealedMedia has been a stalwart player in DRM for publishing and enterprise applications over many years and has achieved a significant installed base.
