Confio Software Launches Performance Intelligence

April 8, 2008 – Boulder, CO - Confio Software, the leader in Wait-Time database performance management tools, today announced a breakthrough in the way companies monitor, manage and optimize databases and the applications that depend on them. Performance Intelligence (PI) is a new method of performance analysis that identifies the most important performance problems in IT systems and their root causes. Performance Intelligence analyzes more than 13 dimensions of wait-time data to uniquely identify the source of delays for database applications. In conjunction with today’s announcement, Confio Software introduced a new version of the suite that incorporates Performance Intelligence, the Confio Igniter Suite PI, and the suite’s first product, Confio Ignite PI for SQL Server, available immediately.
