All business and service organizations are increasingly held accountable for maintaining a secure history of data on which key decisions—sometimes life-or-death decisions—are based. Oracle Total Recall, an option to Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition, makes creating and maintaining a historical record of change over time as simple as flipping on the light switch when you enter a room.
