CACHE Database to be Offered on Mac OS X

• Real-time Data Analytics - New Transactional Bit Map Index technology provides the query performance benefits of advanced indexing technology with update performance equal to that of traditional indexes. CACHE is the first database provider to deliver real-time data analytics for transaction processing.
  


• CACHE Web Services - Built-in support for Web Services, without requiring a separate application server or other complications. CACHE is fully compatible with both .NET and Java frameworks for Web Services.
  


• CACHE Enterprise Java - Another breakthrough in database technology, CACHE automates Bean Managed Persistence, making it easy for developers to work with Java Enterprise Edition while enabling very high performance.
  


• CACHE Enterprise Cache Protocol (ECP) - Including a new distributed concurrency engine and support for massive distributed cache memory, ECP delivers top-tier performance and scalability for multi-server configurations.

CACHE pricing for Mac OS X is expected to start at US $200 in a single-user version and about US $1,000 for a multi-user configuration.
