MySQL Launches Admin Tool, Teams With JBoss, Zend

MySQL, database-of-choice for many in the open source crowd, is bolstering its capabilities with alliances and a new home-grown graphical administration tool.

MySQL Administrator, promises an easy-to-use GUI to help manage and monitor databases. The open-source tool will be demonstrated Wednesday at LinuxWorld Expo in New York.
