ANTs Signs Global Reseller Agreement with IBM

BURLINGAME, Calif., January 16, 2007 – ANTs software inc. (OTCBB:ANTS), today announced it has entered into a multinational procurement relationship that enables IBM to resell the ANTs Data Server to customers worldwide. This agreement builds on the selection in October 2006 of ANTs and IBM by Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems to provide software for the detail design and integration phase of the Navy’s DDG 1000 program.
