SAP to Respond to Oracle Lawsuit

WALLDORF, Germany - July 02, 2007 - — In response to media inquiries, SAP confirms its intention to respond to a complaint originally filed by Oracle Corporation on March 22, 2007 and subsequently amended on June 1, 2007. In accordance with the Court’s schedule, SAP will be responding to Oracle’s amended complaint before midnight Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) today, July 2, 2007 (before 9:00 a.m. CET on July 3, 2007).
