SAP Admits Wrongdoing in Oracle Suit

SAP filed a formal response to Oracle's charges of "massive theft" of its corporate secrets, and conceded that its subsidiary, TomorrowNow (TN), engaged in some "inappropriate" downloads from its enterprise software rival.

The company also stressed that it had no access to that information, while announcing a shakeup in the senior ranks of its TN subsidiary, where the pilfering took place.
