PostgreSQL updates fix bugs

The developers of the open source database PostgreSQL have released updates to fix several bugs found in versions 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3. Users of the affected versions are advised to update as soon as possible. Only versions 8.2.12 and 8.3.6 of the Windows binaries are being released as 8.0 and 8.1 are no longer supported on Windows.
