ALLOC.SQL

Takes a passed database name and builds a SQL script that will drop the database, drop the devices, rename the device files, then create new devices, and finally create a new database with the same options and usage fragments as when this procedure was run. This procedure is recommended to be run whenever a full database backup is made. This procedure builds a SQL script that when run builds the infrastructure that the database backup does not backup.
