MySQL Help Desk allows companies to purchase MySQL support by-the-hour without any commitments or restrictions; giving them dcomplete control of the submitting, managing, and tracking of support requests.

“The ProMend Help Desk brings convenience and transparency to the MySQL services world,” explained ProMend CEO Kenner Stross. Clients can, for instance, track billable hours in near real-time, on a ticket-by-ticket basis.

“But most important are the MySQL experts providing those services. All ProMend consultants are either Sun Certified MySQL Developers or Sun Certified MySQL DBAs,” Stross continued. “And they all have years of experience designing, building and supporting the same types of database systems that our clients are building and supporting.”
