It has been confirmed that Sybase is acquiring Aleri. This merge will help both companies. Sybase will provide solid financing for Aleri’s redevelopment program—providing Sybase with a CEP engine they can take across other verticals.

Senior vice president of Sybase, Raj Nathan said,

“With this transaction, Sybase positions itself as a clear market leader. We have strengthened our real-time analytics platform, added liquidity risk management, and the industry leading liquidity management suite.”
