Teradata Plans on Continued Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Caused by a Number of Their Platform Builds

Teradata Corporation, which focuses on raising intelligence and achieving enterprise agility through its database software, data warehousing, and analytics, announced that its five-year goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 45 percent has been approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Climate Leaders program. The greenhouse gas emissions intensity calculation is based on facility energy usage and the number of Teradata Purpose-Built Platforms shipped per year.
