Update for Oracle Service Registry 10g/11g

You can now download the latest version of the Oracle Service UDDI Registry (OSR 11gR1) from the OSR OTN page and EDelivery web sites. OSR 11g has new support for WebLogic Server 11g and updated certification for hardware and software platforms.
Also in the works is an updated OSR WebLogic cluster deployment doc that will soon be available from OTN.

Plus, OSR 10.3 is now certified against the latest iAS 10.1.3.5 release but requires patch number 9216686 on top of iAS OC4J 10.1.3.5 before installation.
