DUBLIN, Calif. - January 23, 2003--Sybase, Inc. (NYSE: SY), a leading enterprise infrastructure and integration company, today announced that PeopleSoft. CRM 8.8 is now available for use with Sybase's relational database management system, Adaptive Server. Enterprise (ASE) 12.5. The combined solution allows customers to improve the speed, flow and quality of data within an enterprise to achieve greater efficiencies throughout the organization.

PeopleSoft CRM used in conjunction with Sybase ASE provides companies with the ability to manage and optimize significant quantities of diverse data types on a highly secure and scalable platform. The Sybase platform is also supported for use with PeopleSoft's PeopleTools and a number of applications from the major PeopleSoft product lines, including Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management and Financial Management Solutions.
