Oracle 10g ain't no lightweight

KUALA LUMPUR: Oracle Corp Malaysia has launched a new range of IT infrastructure products, but despite its name, Oracle 10g is no lightweight product.

In fact, at its worldwide launch at the OracleWorld show in September, Oracle proclaimed it the first infrastructure software designed for grid computing - an industrywide initiative to make computing resources like data, storage, and processing power available wherever and whenever needed within a corporate network.
