Oracle and Microsoft Partner to Boost Developer Productivity

REDMOND, Wash., and REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- May 20, 2004 -- Microsoft Corp. and Oracle Corp. today announced Oracle's participation in the Microsoft Visual Studio Industry Partner (VSIP) program as a Premier-level partner.

By joining the VSIP program, Oracle continues its ongoing commitment to developers to provide tighter integration between Oracle® Database and Microsoft® Visual Studio® .NET 2003, which will increase developer productivity and ease deployment of Oracle-based applications on the Microsoft Windows® platform.
