(CPI), a leading manufacturer of racks, cabinets, and cable management products for information technology data centers, has successfully accelerated its SQL-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database by reducing query times by 700% using a single RamSan solid state disk. The CPI ERP system uses SQL Server 7.0 on redundant Dell PowerEdge servers and Dell 51F Fibre Channel switches.
