Birdstep Technology is the First Database Provider for Green Hills Software's New INTEGRITY Security Platforms

SEATTLE/OSLO- April 19, 2005-- Birdstep Technology, Inc. (OSE: BIRD) has extended its support for Green Hills Software's INTEGRITY Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) and has become the first database provider for new INTEGRITY Operating System platforms. Green Hills Software released new versions of its INTERGRITY operating system that will run on desktop PCs, servers, workstations and PDAs. Birdstep Technology is the first database provider for these new enterprise INTERGRITY platforms, as well as providing databases for the INTEGRITY embedded and real-time platforms. Birdstep ported RDM Server, database management software, to the new INTERGRITY platforms and offers RDM Embedded as the database of choice for INTERGRITY customers using embedded systems. The new INTEGRITY operating system products let enterprises build multi-level secure systems using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products. INTEGRITY achieves unprecedented levels of reliability, availability, and serviceability for applications in telecommunications, aerospace and defense, networking and medical equipment along with many other industries.
