InterSystems signs BT for its CACH� database engine

Eton, UK - April 20, 2005 - InterSystems Corporation, a Cambridge, Massachusetts headquartered company that serves the needs of IT organizations and independent software vendors, today announced it has signed a contract with BT for its post-relational CACHÉ database engine. The CACHÉ database will play a key role in the engine of BT Transform's operational systems support (OSS) program. BT Transform is a business platform for all communications services, applications and business processes based upon a worldwide IP infrastructure. The BT Transform program is targeted at blue chip clients and is designed to automate manual processes, make network operations easier and provide the benefits of well-integrated service-oriented architectures (SOAs).
