SEATTLE – October 26, 2008 – Birdstep Technology (OSE: BIRD) today announced the upcoming release of version 9.0 of its Raima Database Manager Embedded also known as RDM Embedded. This is the latest release from the Raima Database Management Family providing exciting new capabilities and functionality for embedded systems application developers, and topping the list is a micro HTTP server. General availability of this new version of the popular embedded database is targeted for mid December 2008.
